Com&Sens has expanded in the past few months with 2 new colleagues:
Dr. ir. Jindrich Windels has experience in electronic system design, polymer structuring and microfluidics and is now expanding his knowledge in optical systems. Jindrich is leading the research on a new fibre optic sensor connection methodology and will mainly be working on the Interreg project Qualify.
Kurt Claeys (pictured below) is our highly skilled technician, with a bachelor in mechanics and electromechanics,  and is leading the developments of our STRIP product. The STRIP represents a revolution in fibre optic sensors, making fibre optics robust and easy to install!
In the mean time, Geert Luyckx (co-founder) has left his previous part-time position at Ghent University to focus entirely on Com&Sens.
Go for it Com&Sens!
